About US
WE DO Landscape Design & Build RighT THE FIRST TIME—AND EVERY TIME
From custom landscape designs and drought-tolerant gardens to outdoor living spaces, lighting, we approach every project with attention to detail and a commitment to quality. We take the time to understand your goals, develop solutions tailored to your property, and guide you through every step of the process.
Unlike larger companies where projects are often passed between departments, you’ll work directly with our founder, Louis Siegel, throughout the entire process, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and a seamless experience from concept to completion. Louis also works closely with crews throughout, overseeing construction, answering questions, and helping ensure the finished product reflects your original vision.
We believe our responsibility doesn't end when construction is complete. We take pride in our workmanship, stand behind our projects, and are committed to addressing concerns promptly and professionally should they arise. Our goal is simple: deliver a finished product we would be proud to have at our own home while providing the level of service we would expect for our own family.
We proudly serve Castro Valley, Dublin, Pleasanton, Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Hayward, San Leandro, and surrounding East Bay / Tri Valley communities.
About the Founder
Meet Louis SIEGEL
Transformation Construction & Design was founded by Louis Siegel on a simple belief: exceptional outdoor spaces begin with thoughtful design, honest communication, and quality craftsmanship.
Having helped homeowners complete thousands of landscape projects throughout the East Bay and Tri-Valley over the past 20 years, Louis understands that successful outdoor spaces require both creative vision and practical construction expertise.
As a Castro Valley resident, husband, and father of two, Louis takes pride in serving the same communities he calls home. He believes outdoor spaces should do more than improve a property's appearance. They should create places where families can gather, entertain, relax, and make lasting memories for years to come.
Beyond his work, Louis enjoys supporting local schools, youth sports, and community events throughout the East Bay. Whether sponsoring local programs or coaching his children's teams, giving back to the community is an important part of who he is and reflects the same values he brings to every project.
