Synthetic Turf & Putting Greens
Green, low-maintenance lawns, play areas, pet areas, and backyard putting greens with no mowing or watering.
Green All Year, No Mowing
Synthetic turf gives you a green lawn without the watering, mowing, or muddy patches. It works for front lawns, kids play areas, pet runs, and between pavers. For golfers, a custom putting green brings practice right to the backyard.
Turf Lawns
Front and back lawns that stay green year-round.
Putting Greens
Custom greens with cups, fringe, and contours.
Pet Areas
Odor-control infill options for yards with dogs.
Play Areas
Soft, clean play space for kids.
Turf Between Pavers
Modern grid patterns with turf strips and concrete or pavers.
Drainage
Base and grading planned so water drains through.
How We Install Turf
Most turf problems, like ripples, low spots, and odors, start with the base. Ours are built to drain and stay smooth.
- At least about 2 inches of base rock, with blue fines for final leveling
- Turf nailed about every 6 inches around the edges and 12–24 inches in the field
- Green sand infill, or odor-control infill for pet areas
- Putting greens built with contours, cups, and fringe to fit your layout
See all of our construction standards on our How We Build page.

What Affects the Cost
Every yard is different, so we price each project after a site visit. Your proposal lays out options so you can choose what matters most.
Turf FAQs
Does synthetic turf get hot?
Yes. Turf can get hot in direct or reflected sun. A quick rinse cools it down, and shade from trees or a pergola helps.
Is turf good for dogs?
Yes, with the right setup. Odor-control infill and occasional rinsing keep pet areas fresh.
Will the seams show?
Seams are usually somewhat visible up close. Proper installation keeps them tight and flat.
How long does turf last?
With brushing, rinsing, and topping up infill, a quality turf lawn can last for many years. Normal fading and wear happen over time.
